We are an interior design company whose focus is on creating strong relationships with local builders and developers. Whether you specialize in custom builds or large developments, we offer an array of services to fit your needs. From the initial design to the finishing touches, our work covers a wide range of services including material selection, furniture layout, accessorizing and custom pieces.

For Large Developments & Condo Complexes
PROVIDING OPTIONS AND EFFICIENCY
We offer a finishes package with multiple options (generally 2 standard and 2 upgrade), as well as consultations for buyers when selecting their finishes. In everything we do, we are intentional about being efficient and organized. For easy tracking, we provide your buyers with an electronic form for selecting finishes. It is very user friendly and can be filled out individually by the buyer, or on-site with assistance. The data can be converted into spreadsheet format and multiple users can access the data in real time. Each form is completely customizable and specifically catered to your set of buyers.
For Custom Built Homes
QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
We offer a full service finishes package where we work directly with the buyer in helping them make their selections. Essentially, the builder builds the house to a certain point and then we "take over". This includes selecting countertops, tile, paint colors, lighting, fixtures etc. We can work hand-in-hand with your crew to ensure all materials are on site according to the pre-determined timeline, schedule templates, diagram tile layout, etc. Often times builders have well-established relationships with their vendors so we are more than happy to use yours, or we can pull from ours as well.
For Spec Homes
OUR 4 STEP PLAN
We offer a simple 4 step plan for selecting finishes. Again, we try to be as efficient as possible so as not to waste anyones time with running around. In keeping this in mind, we like to create electronic vision boards by room. This gives the builder an idea of how all of the elements will come together and play off of each other. Once the selections are narrowed down, we bring samples to you for the final sign off. We can simply select finishes or take it a step further by placing the orders, scheduling delivery, and ensuring everything is on site when and where it needs to be.
Furnishings
FOR YOUR CLIENTS NEW HOME
We also offer a furnishings and decor package for your new home-owner. We work directly with the client to select furniture, rugs, decor, accessories etc. to complete the desired look of their new home. Essentially, all they have to do is unpack their bags.
